The terms for using this website and the £5/month artist page service from Fate Sister Music Publishing Ltd.

Last updated: 16 October 2026

Who we are

Fate Sister Music Publishing Ltd provides this website and artist membership service. Contact us at info@fsmusicpublishing.co.uk or 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom.

These terms cover general website use and artist page membership. Publishing representation, licensing, promotion, management, event bookings and other services require a separate agreement. Read our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

Your artist membership

Membership provides one artist profile per account and a directory listing following approval. You can add your biography, genre and location; a profile and cover photo; up to four gallery photos; up to four music links; a main video and two additional video links; website and social links; and up to six upcoming gigs.

Supported external music and video links can display as players. Other supported website links remain clickable. Availability of embedded content depends on the external provider and the permissions set on that content.

Choose an available artist page address in your dashboard. Changing it replaces the old link, so update any links you have shared. A chosen address does not give you ownership of our domain or a permanent right to that address.

Membership does not promise publishing representation, bookings, interviews, promotion, placements, audience numbers or income.

Your account

Account holders must be at least 18 and authorised to submit the artist’s information. Provide accurate details, keep your login secure and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse. Do not impersonate another artist or share access in a way that compromises security. Membership accounts cannot be sold or transferred without agreement.

Keep your own copies of your biography, photos and other material. The dashboard is an editing service, not your sole archive.

£5/month & automatic renewal

The artist membership price is £5 per monthly billing period. It renews automatically and the next £5 payment is taken unless you cancel before renewal. There is no minimum commitment beyond the current monthly period. Stripe handles checkout and subscription management.

Your billing month follows the subscription dates shown in your billing account; it is not necessarily a calendar month. For example, a period that starts on the 10th normally runs to the next renewal on the 10th. The dates shown in billing are the dates that apply to your subscription.

The total payable and recurring schedule must be displayed before you confirm payment. A successful subscription unlocks editing access; a public listing also requires approval. Tell us promptly if a payment fails or appears incorrect. A page without an active membership is not publicly displayed.

Cancel renewal. Keep your paid access.

You can stop automatic renewal through your account’s billing options. If you cannot access these, email us at info@fsmusicpublishing.co.uk with a clear request to cancel and the email address associated with your account.

For an ordinary cancellation, your membership continues until the end of the monthly period you have already paid for. It then ends without another renewal charge. An approved page can remain public during that period, subject to these terms. Approval requirements still apply if you submit edits.

After the paid period ends, the profile is hidden and membership editing access ends. It stays inactive unless you choose to subscribe again. Returning does not authorise charges for months when you had no subscription; any new price and billing schedule will be shown before payment.

Cancelling a subscription does not itself delete your account or every uploaded photo. Contact us separately about deletion. Check that billing shows the expected end date and contact us if it does not.

Cooling-off rights & refunds

If you are a consumer buying the membership online, you normally have a 14-day legal cancellation period from making the initial contract. This is separate from stopping the next monthly renewal. To exercise it, send a clear cancellation statement to our email or postal address within the applicable period.

If you expressly request the service to start during the cancellation period, the law may permit a proportionate charge for the service supplied before cancellation, but only where the relevant information and consent requirements have been met. Starting an artist page does not automatically remove your statutory cancellation rights.

Outside legal cancellation or remedy rights, an ordinary mid-period cancellation stops the next renewal and does not normally refund the unused part of a month you can still use. We will consider duplicate or incorrect charges and service problems individually. Nothing in these terms limits refunds or remedies required by law.

You can use this optional statement: “I am cancelling my Fate Sister artist membership contract. Account email: [your email]. Name: [your name]. Contract date: [if known]. Date of request: [date].” No special wording or form is required.

Your work stays yours

You retain ownership of your music, photos, biography and other original content. Membership does not assign your copyright or create a publishing, management or record deal.

You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, copy, resize and display the content you submit as needed to operate, review and provide your artist page, including necessary processing by our hosting and technical providers. This permission is limited to providing the service; it does not allow us to sell your music or license it into other projects.

Separate promotional uses beyond operating your profile require appropriate permission or agreement. Removing content or closing the service ends our permission for ongoing public display, subject to necessary backup, record-keeping and legal retention. Uploaded files may need a separate removal request, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Only submit material you own or have permission to use, including permission relating to people pictured. Keep your information and event listings accurate. Do not post private details about others without authority.

Review, conduct & removal

We review profiles before publication. Submitting an update returns the profile to pending review, so it can temporarily disappear from public view until approved. We may request corrections or decline content that does not meet these terms. Contact us if a review is delayed or you disagree with a decision.

Do not use the site for unlawful content, discrimination, harassment, impersonation, fraud, spam, copyright infringement, malicious code or attempts to bypass security. Promoting your own music and legitimate artist services through your profile is permitted.

We may restrict content or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a breach, rights complaint, security threat or legal duty. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and give an opportunity to respond or correct the problem. Urgent protection may require immediate action. You can challenge a decision by email.

If we permanently discontinue your membership for reasons unrelated to a breach by you, we will stop further billing and refund any unused prepaid service. Any other refund or charge must remain fair and subject to your legal rights.

Report copyright concerns with the page or file link, the work affected, your contact details and why you believe permission is missing. We may contact the contributor and restrict disputed material while reviewing it.

Availability, changes & responsibility

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Maintenance, faults and external-provider problems can interrupt access. We will take reasonable steps to resolve problems; we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

We will give reasonable advance notice of material service, price or contractual changes affecting an existing membership. Changes will not retrospectively alter a paid period. If you do not accept a future change, you can stop renewal; where a change affects prepaid service, your applicable refund and other rights remain protected.

Artists are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. External music platforms, social sites, ticket sellers and other linked services operate under their own terms. A link is not a guarantee of their service.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer protections.

Our branding and original website materials belong to us or their licensors. You may share links to artist pages and use the website as intended, but must not present our branding as your own or misuse other artists’ work.

Questions, complaints & applicable law

Email info@fsmusicpublishing.co.uk or use our contact form with your account details and what you would like us to resolve. Please do not send passwords or full payment card details.

These terms use the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections and any rights to bring proceedings in the courts where you live are preserved. Nothing here requires you to give up those rights.

The date at the top identifies this version. Please keep a copy of the terms and billing information provided when you subscribe.
